About Me:
I grew up surrounded by traditional gender roles in the American South. The funny thing was that I didn't necessarily enjoy all the "boy" stuff I was supposed to. So in my adolescence, I began to question how useful these ideas really were.
This is a place I can write about my own perspective on whatever catches my fancy for the day - society, politics, pop culture, technology, literature, and more - and you can tell me why I'm right or wrong.
I'm sure that I'm not always right, but I'm also sure that these ideas are worth discussing.
